🔄 Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the personal nature of fragrance and the hygiene of hand-decanted products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or unwanted items.
We encourage customers to start with our smallest size (1ml or 2ml) when sampling a new fragrance for the first time.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jacksonbrock07@icloud.com. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with you and USPS to locate the package. Replacements for lost packages are reviewed case by case.
Incorrect Items If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at jacksonbrock07@icloud.com and we'll send out the correct item right away at no cost to you.
Address Errors We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our decanting process and cannot be cancelled.
